Sometimes people success stories simply blow my mind . With the use of the internet, you can go from being an ordinary person to star instantly. Recently, a bookseller found an old poster under a stack of books from WWII that stated "Keep Calm and Carry On" with a crown. He hung it up in his store and had hundreds of people asking to buy it or a replica. Since, he has started an online store and a girl in California has started an Etsy store selling the posters.
The girl's etsy store was found on domino and the magazine has used the poster in some of their shoots. This is yet another lesson of taking your idea and running with it. Who knows, maybe you can end up in a magazine too!
ps. how sad is it that domino's last issue just came out...
