thank you target

I wanted a ruffle skirt so badly but couldn't find one that was inexpensive. Even this skirt, that is from Target, was more then I wanted to pay (I am too cheap). SO. I was at Target last week and saw it for $6. I couldn't pass it up. The more I wear it the more I like it. This is my third time wearing it in 5 days. Shh!
